Have you tried Orbee toys yet? Our huskies will chew up anything remotely "plush" (including their beds), but the haven't been able to destroy Orbees yet. We usually stuff them with treats and it keeps them busy for awhile (I don't think you can do this with all Orbee toys). These aren't the cheapest dog toys on the market, but they aren't bad - especially if they last more than an hour! I've seen some Orbees that are made of recycled materials and I think all of them are non-toxic.

go to www.mydogtoy.com they make a wide variety of toys that are "CHEW PROOF" you can also find some of these at Petsmart. I know that my local petsmart carries the Lobster, stingray, Octopus, and you can find these also online at the above website. These are not that cheap with the least expensive ones going for $14.99, I however happen to have a two ended unopened tug of war chew toy that is from this group of toys, if you want it, (IT IS FOR BIG DOGS) I would not have a problem giving it to you Its Brand NEW with tags, but my dogs are too small to play with it, I could ship it to you and then you could just mail me a check for the postage after you get it. I would get toys from Otis and Claude. My dog LOVES the Bettie. It's super tough and can be used as a fetch toy or chew toy. I put treats in the hallow centers to keep my pup busy. Check it out, they also have the Rita which my dog can't get enough of! Hope this helps!

Try anything by Nylabone. I have purchased toys for my baby that are so hard and tough, if you hit them with your foot or drop on your toe... watch out! My dog has had hers about 6 months now... not destroyed yet and that's great for her. She's destroyed some of the toughest toys in a matter of hours.

Have you ever tried the toys that are made from fire hose material? I have had a couple that lasted and a couple that haven't, but all longer than an hour. I have got some pretty aggressive chewers and anything that I can find that lasts a week or more is worth it! Even if they don't get them all of the time it gives them some satisfaction. I have tried some of the Tuffy's toys and they lasted longer, but still remain destructable! If I find anything else, I will let you know!

actually we did purchase a fire hose toy. double stitched, tough. Porter had one end open in five min, he loves to pull out stuffing. i gave up and took all stuffing out and now he runs and fetches a flat toy. our babies are a challenge.

Brin's most durable toys have actually been non-toys - imagine that! A piece of firehose held up really well, as did the wheelbarrow tire. The best store-bought toy we had was one from the feed store - that I've seen around - rubbery web ball and it comes in various sizes.

Mine, like I am sure all of yours' goals are to destroy the toys! They aren't satisfied until they do! I am sure I will struggle with this for a while, but maybe one day they will learn it makes me happy if they don't destroy them. Until then, I am thankful they are not into eating what they tear apart. They'd rather make the mess!

well just got around to trying to read the name on the only toy porter has ever had that lasted. it is an orange surreal cat, rubber squeek type. the name on it is RUFFans, andi just cant read the mfg. name. maybe got it at petsmart or petco? very tough and build in squeeker. only could chew off ears, puts large head in mouth and plays a concert every evening for our tv enjoyment. about 3-4 inches high, large head tiny body sitting cat. orange in color tough rubber. anyone know where we could find more of these, as lifetime back up toys? thanks for all your help.
